BCBA-Direct Behavioral Care

For Complex Needs

Specialized assessment and treatment for individuals with developmental disabilities whose behavioral, safety, communication, or adaptive needs require advanced clinical involvement

Who We Serve

Kolodge provides BCBA-direct services for individuals whose clinical needs require advanced behavioral assessment, ongoing clinical analysis, and treatment delivery by a BCBA.

Eligibility is based on medical necessity, the complexity of needs, and whether BCBA-direct treatment is appropriate.

Our Approach

Every plan is individualized and function-based, built on careful assessment, meaningful goals, and ongoing data-based decision making.

We work in partnership with families and other professionals to create a plan that is effective, ethical, and sustainable.

Founded by Experience. Driven by purpose.

Kolodge Behavioral health was founded by Michelle Hillman, M.Ed, LSW, BCBA.

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Licensed Social Worker, and mother of two children with Level 3 autism — including a son with profound autism — Michelle understand high support needs both professionally and personally.

She understands the realities families may face: constant supervision, communication barriers, severe dysregulation, safety concerns, disrupted routines, and the enormous responsibility of caring for someone who may depend on others throughout their life. These are the families Kolodge was created to serve.
